here is what I think  the possibilities are ....

Well somewere down the line if they wait to long to rv they will have to change the money or a very high rv  or take of  000's  or  something.   They could just keep selling dinar for a couple of years because in a way it is the opposite of what we want to do the difference is the IRAQ government is getting rich off our money we are giving real money for fake money in a way ! And then they can just change everthing.  You can't have a world full of millionairs and the longer this go's on the more dinar the world buys . The longer we go without a rv I feel the worse it will be for the people that have had our money in this since it begun .    Angry

well,  I am not sure what will be next but I am prepared to keep my Dinar holdings all the way to the bitter end...

After few years of ups and downs, at this point I stashed my Dinars way deep down my safe deposit and decided not to worry about it. What meant to be will be.

If I worry about it will it change anything ?

I'm not worried It has already doubled since I bought it  were else can you do that . I just wanted to put out some real possibility's and see what others thought and I think these could be them !

frant.  I am just about in the same position as you are in regards to the Dinars.  The big question is what is going to happen from here on.

There are so many variables, and forces that are playing against each other that it is hard to predict how this is going to end.

I hope the forces are with us (the Dinar investors) and at the end of the day we can make a dime or 2 out of this situation.

well i was there when they let people from USA buy there money,well the money was made in Britan and the company that made the money is one of the best money maker you can find,there are so many things in this money that forgery is going to be vary vary vary hard to reproduce and to throw that money out would make no sents all i can say is wee all will see and good luck to us all

Personally I doubt Iraq will enter the currency with a low rate such as IQD1 = $0.05-0.50. Think about this.. How hard is it to convince people right now that this is a plausible investment. Those of us with money invested - regardless of amount - are playing based on our personal conclusions and directions we believe this will end up. Now let's say that we wake up tomorrow and the Dinar is now worth $0.05 do you think it will be hard to convince anyone to invest in it? I highly doubt it. Anyone with Dinar could easily sell off their stash ... make some money on their original investment and load up even more again. I doubt they will go this path but then again you never know.. perhaps there will be controls in place or some form of scarcity that limits the purchase at that time..

My other question has always been how will they pay for this rv and how will they stop an onslaught upon rv when everyone and their nanny wants to exchange..crickey!!!  But looking back in very recent time its hard to imagine that the US debt clock now reads in the trillions....where and how did they do that? Or that bloke that got 70B from people around the world...Someone once told me that we live in a digital age where money is just a series of clicks away...scary isnt it.....

You cannot compare the U.S economy to Iraq,  and sooner or later it will catch up with us,  the world will finally realize the biggest financial bluff in the history of man kind as they will face a worthless Dollar reality.

There is no free lunch,  if the Dinar floats in the free market they will have to pay us (RV people) back in Dollars.  All the stories and the fantasies of paying you with "Petro Dollars" or Digital money is just fairy tails,  Iraq needs to have huge Dollar reserves and a larger economy to sustain the Trillions of Dollars they will have to pay people in case of RV, 

My Friends :  please remember,  they don't have it.  You can tell your self all the nice stories that you want but at the moment they don't have it.

So what do I personally do now ?   well....  I set my Dinars in a Safe Deposit and for now I pretend it is not there until such time will arrive
